Responsibilities:
• Oversee activities in regard to warranty claims
• To plan, schedule, & coordinate subcontractors through the process.
• Manage coordinate and provide the necessary oversight of subcontractors, materials, construction budget & schedules.
• Oversee the scheduling, delivery & use of all materials, worker productivity & compliance with building/safety codes.
• Maintain safe, clean and code compliant job sites.
• Track & control construction costs against the budget.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of and approval of invoices.
• Direct & monitor the progress of a variety of projects.
• Ability to establish good working relationships with a variety of people.
• Understand contracts, plans, and construction
• Manage time effectively, multi-task & prioritize in order to meet established goals & deadlines.
• Excellent organizational & communication skills.
• Knowledge of Construction Practices and Terminology.
• Attention to Detail
