The Members of the Greater Orlando Builders Association(GOBA) and its Workforce Development Committee are dedicated to advancing training and career awareness to student and professionals that aspire to take charge of their future with a set skill.

The residential construction industry is in high demand for a skilled workforce. Individuals who possess a positive work ethic and a desire to learn, are realizing the potential career paths to success with hands-on training programs and employment opportunities.
