Position Overview:
The dual role of Warehouse Manager and Driver requires a professional who is both adept at warehouse operations and capable of safely transporting goods. Your responsibilities will span from overseeing warehouse functionalities to ensuring timely and safe delivery of our HVAC equipment and products.

Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse Management:
• Oversee and manage the entire warehouse operations.
• Ensure the proper storage and inventory of HVAC equipment and supplies.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers and oversee the receipt of shipments.
• Organize and execute periodic stock-taking and report discrepancies.
2. Driving Duties:
• Safely transport HVAC equipment and supplies to specified locations.
• Plan routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain the company vehicle, ensuring it is always clean, safe, and in proper working order.
• Adhere to all driving regulations and company policies.
3. Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and technical teams, to streamline operations and fulfill orders.
4. Comply with all safety regulations and procedures within the warehouse and while driving.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with inventory management software.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse machinery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the HVAC industry is a plus.
