Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Consultant at our Orlando, FL location. The Showroom Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right countertop materials, providing product knowledge and recommendations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining our showroom’s appearance. The consultant will also handle customer service inquiries and assist with order processing.

Qualifications

• Strong product knowledge in countertop materials and finishes
• Experience working in showrooms or retail environments
• Excellent customer satisfaction and communication skills
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the construction or interior design industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
