What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by establishing customer rapport.
• Explain repair and replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by asking the right lifestyle questions to troubleshoot plumbing system malfunctions.
• Inform customers of all special promotions.
• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.

What You’ll Bring: 

• 5 years’ experience in plumbing service and troubleshooting.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices.
• Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Available to work on-call and respond immediately to plumbing emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company auto insurance guidelines to operate a company-owned vehicle.
• Eligible to legally work in the United States.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
