•5 – 7 years of experience required
•Business Process Management, or Project Management experience required
•Proven experience in sales operations, process improvement, or related roles
•Thorough knowledge of CRM Systems

•Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
•This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs
•Requires the ability to work in excess of 8 hours per day
•This position also requires the associate to be flexible with the ability to work some weekends as necessary
Responsibilities
•The Manager of Sales Process will play a key role in collecting feedback, leveraging data, and summarizing findings to support the design, implementation, and optimization of the sales processes and methodologies across all sales related roles including Internet Sales Coordinators, New Home Consultants, and Homebuyer Concierges
•With the outcome to enhance efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness while ensuring alignment with the company’s sales objectives to drive a legendary Customer Experience
•Collect, Evaluate and Summarize relevant feedback and data
•Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales process and implement solutions to streamline operations
•Implement best practices to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness
•Content Development for Sales Training
•Create content for training programs and materials to educate sales teams on new processes, tools, and techniques
•CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and sales enablement tools to support the sales process
•Provide ongoing guidance on the effective use of sales tools and technologies
•Sales Analytics and Reporting
•Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
•Prepare regular reports to highlight sales process performance
•Cross-functional Collaboration
•Work closely with other members of the Management Sales Team to ensure seamless alignment with all sales roles
