The Director of Sales will be responsible for overseeing our homeowner Reroof Sales operations. By researching market trends, internal data, and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and execute effective sales strategies and create a successful and profitable team of Account Managers state-wide.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals
  • Oversee all onboarding and offboarding of all sales associates
  • Prepare operational and financial sales reports
  • Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team
  • Oversee and monitor the branch success by utilizing company software
  • On-site branch visits to develop, train, and monitor the sales teams
  • Frequent travel required

Compensation:

  • Salary of TBD annually plus bonus as determined by the bonus program requirements set forth
  • .5% bonus of branch sales will be achieved when each branch’s respective account manager achieves a 25% closing rate. Should an account manager fall below 25% closing, this account manager’s sales will be excluded from the bonus calculations for that month.
  • Monthly car allowance of $750.00

Performance Standards:

  • The success of this position will be measured by the success of the team. It is expected that at the branch level, sales will achieve a 25% close rate. The director of sales will be directly responsible for ensuring this target is met. In addition to closing percentages, the DOS is responsible for monitoring the blended company margin goals to ensure financial goals are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ of sales leadership experience
  • 5+ years’ of experience in sales
  • Strong leadership skills
