Sales Representative will act as the Primary Intermediary between the Business Development Department and new business.  This position will focus on engaging new clients and forming new partnerships to increase revenue.  Primary responsibility is to manage the sales process while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Continuously source new builder opportunities and effectively communicate our core values, vision and capabilities
  • Determine customer goals and challenges and establish us as the best solution available
  • Create and provide to management, a marketing plan for establishing new customer relationships
  • Manage time efficiently, meet set goals and work effectively with other members of the team
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects via Microsoft Teams
  • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
  • Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective and existing builders and team members
  • Performs other work-related duties as required

Qualifications

  • Must have vehicle, valid driver’s license and be able to drive in daytime and nighttime
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form
  • Self-starting, highly motivated and goal oriented
  • Excellent attention to detail with emphasis placed on quality and safety
  • Very organized with a systematic approach to tasks to achieve accuracy and efficiency
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with diverse personalities
  • Professionally and technically competent
  • Quick, sharp, confident, assertive, ethical and ambitious
  • Analytical with the ability to examine issues from multiple viewpoints
  • Works well with others
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous sales experience and knowledge of industry
