We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from start to finish while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, owners, and subcontractors. Position Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing construction projects on-site, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality, and client expectations are met. This role is customer-facing and ownership-facing, requiring strong communication skills, leadership, and the ability to take ownership of projects in the field. Daily site presence and hands-on management are required.

Key Responsibilities:

-Ensure compliance with Florida building codes, permitting, and inspections
-Serve as the primary liaison between clients, ownership, subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors
-Manage projects from pre-construction through completion
-Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
-Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades
-Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones
-Manage project tracking, and change orders with back-office assistance
-Conduct site meetings, inspections, and walkthroughs

-Review plans, scopes, contracts, and specifications for accuracy
-Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact schedule or budget
-Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting
-Communicate project progress clearly and consistently to ownership and clients
-Uphold Procare’s standards for professionalism, quality, and client experience

Required Qualifications:
-Proven construction project management experience in Florida
-Strong knowledge of Florida building codes, inspections, and permitting processes
-Hands-on on-site construction experience
-Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, and budgets
-Customer-facing experience with homeowners, investors, or ownership groups
-Ability to manage projects simultaneously
-Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
