Are you looking for a hands-on, outdoor job where you can transform beautiful spaces into works of art when the sun goes down? Join our growing team at Outdoor Lighting Perspectives, Central Florida’s premier provider of architectural and landscape lighting. We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Lighting Technician to oversee and execute the installation of low-voltage outdoor lighting systems for homes and businesses across the region.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team of 1–6 installation technicians on job sites.
• Install low-voltage wiring and lighting fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
• Meet with clients to review project scopes and offer potential add-ons or upgrades.
• Assemble and mount lighting fixtures in prescribed locations.
• Provide clients with system orientation upon project completion.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety on job sites and in company vehicles.
• Operate manual and power tools, ladders, and lifts as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every project phase.
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in outdoor lighting or similar trades.
• At least 2 years managing projects or leading a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no accidents or violations in 3 years).
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Respect for client property and a commitment to doing things right the first time.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues in the field.
• A proactive attitude and pride in your craftsmanship.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Must be smoke- and tobacco-free while on the job.
• Able to commute daily to our Orlando location: 32810

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $20.00–$30.00/hour
Schedule: 10-hour shifts | Monday–Friday
