As a Land Planning Manager, you will support the team’s acquisition and development efforts by assessing entitlements and zoning requirements, reviewing land use plans, working with government agencies, land developers, and subcontractors to obtain land approvals for subdivision development, managing the team’s due diligence activities, including 3rd party investigations, overseeing the entitlement and permitting process to ensure compliance, maintaining internal reports and timelines, and coordinating with homeowner’s associations to resolve project related issues through community closeout.

To join our team in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university focusing on Business, Urban/Land Planning, Construction or Civil Engineering, five or more years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.   Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license.
