Internal Sales Representative – Millwork, Doors, and Trim

Customer Service:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, answering inquiries about millwork, doors, and trim products.
Provide product recommendations based on customer needs, budgets, and project specifications.

Sales Support:
Prepare and follow up on quotes, orders, and proposals in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with both new and existing clients to drive repeat business.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about the company’s range of millwork, doors, and trim products, including styles, materials, and installation techniques.
Educate customers about product benefits, usage, and installation tips.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the external sales team, operations, and inventory teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Coordinate with vendors to verify product availability, pricing, and lead times.

Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels for millwork, doors, and trim products, and provide input for restocking decisions.
Identify opportunities to introduce new products based on customer feedback and market trends.

Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales orders, and inventory changes.
Assist with invoicing, returns, and other routine administrative tasks.
