What You’ll Do:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems according to specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers throughout the installation process.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.
What You’ll Bring:Â
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Experience with low & high voltage wiring.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- EPA certification and other relevant certifications/licenses preferred, but not required.
