Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, and be prepared to work in both residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities:
1. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment, providing solutions that meet the client’s needs and budget.
3. Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning, adjusting, and testing systems.
4. Ensure all installations are accurate, serviceable, and meet the necessary regulations and requirements.
5. Respond to emergency call-outs, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
6. Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns.
7. Keep up to date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years experience as an HVAC technician.
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and the ability to make on-the-job applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
