Position Overview:
As an HVAC Installer at SkyAir LLC, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients’ comfort by expertly installing a variety of HVAC systems. Your technical expertise, coupled with a commitment to quality, will guarantee that our installations meet the highest standards of efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities:
1. Carry out the installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
2. Interpret job orders, blueprints, and technical diagrams, making necessary adjustments based on onsite conditions.
3. Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure installations align with client requirements and company standards.
4. Provide feedback on the best equipment and modifications necessary for optimal system performance.
5. Ensure all installations are compliant with local regulations and safety standards.
6. Mentor and train junior technicians, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development.
7. Provide clients with post-installation guidance, ensuring they understand the operation and maintenance of their new systems.
8. Continuously update knowledge of emerging HVAC technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an HVAC Installer or in a related role.
• Proficiency in various HVAC system installations and knowledge of local codes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Certification from a recognized HVAC training institution is a plus
