We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fleet and Safety Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our fleet operations while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as liaison with various fleet services vendors to effectively manage fleet needs, performance, and planning.
  • Partner with operations and location managers to develop and execute a strategic plan for current and future fleet needs and actions.
  • Oversee and maintain detailed fleet data compilation, analysis, recordkeeping, and reporting of fleet information such as vehicle inventories, maintenance schedules, replacement schedules, vehicle telematics, fuel cards, registrations, tags, and vehicle toll passes.
  • Support company leadership in the planning and procurement of vehicles to meet annual vehicle replacement and growth needs.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee a companywide system to enable managers of locations and lines of business to effectively control, maintain, and optimize their assigned fleet assets.
  • Provide support in the development, implementation, and enforcement of fleet safety policies and procedures.
  • Support company safety efforts such as but not limited to safety inspections, incident investigations, safety audits, and fleet safety initiatives.
  • Develop and oversee a plan and method for local center management to effectively monitor and control their fleet gas, toll, and maintenance expenditures, and monitor and report on the data associated with those expenditures.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, transportation, or equivalent combination education and experience relevant to the role.
  • Basic knowledge of GPS, telematics, onboard cameras, and fleet management software required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Fleet Data Analysis and Management experience required.
  • Knowledge of Florida fleet laws and fleet vehicle registration requirements.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools.
  • Ability to effectively present information in both individual and group settings.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to meet company auto insurance guidelines to operate a company-owned vehicle.
  • Eligible to legally work in the United States.
  • Successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment.
