Ally Building Solutions provides flooring products and quality installation, a full line of window treatments, a wide range of cabinetry options, and design studio solutions to new home builders in greater Orlando, Jacksonville, and Tampa Bay.

We are looking for a Home / Field Manager to join our team supporting our Orlando market. The Home Manager is the primary point of contact for our builder partners, ensuring a seamless, timely and successful delivery of solutions in all product categories.

Field Manager Responsibilities…

• Manage multiple projects / subcontractors for timely and accurate installation of products.
• Act as a liaison between our customers and internal teams.
• Perform onsite inspections for quality control prior to installation and communicate progress to Project Coordinators, Department Managers and Builder partners
• Identify issues such as conflicting measurements, delays, emergencies, etc. and provide solutions, changes and / or corrections
• Follow up to ensure completion, and that issues are resolved in a timely manner

• Minimum of 2 year’s experience in home construction
• Excellent technical skills with an understanding of construction methods, contracts, and blueprints
• Ability to lead a team, coordinate, delegate and monitor multiple projects with little supervision
• Excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize among competing tasks
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
