Ally Building Solutions provides flooring products and quality installation, a full line of window treatments, a wide range of cabinetry options, and design studio solutions to new home builders in greater Orlando, Jacksonville, and Tampa Bay.
We are looking for a Home / Field Manager to join our team supporting our Orlando market. The Home Manager is the primary point of contact for our builder partners, ensuring a seamless, timely and successful delivery of solutions in all product categories.
Field Manager Responsibilities…
- Manage multiple projects / subcontractors for timely and accurate installation of products.
- Act as a liaison between our customers and internal teams.
- Perform onsite inspections for quality control prior to installation and communicate progress to Project Coordinators, Department Managers and Builder partners
- Identify issues such as conflicting measurements, delays, emergencies, etc. and provide solutions, changes and / or corrections
- Follow up to ensure completion, and that issues are resolved in a timely manner
Field Manager Requirements…
- Minimum of 2 year’s experience in home construction
- Excellent technical skills with an understanding of construction methods, contracts, and blueprints
- Ability to lead a team, coordinate, delegate and monitor multiple projects with little supervision
- Excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize among competing tasks
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
