Join the nation’s leading outdoor lighting franchise, Outdoor Lighting Perspectives, as a Customer Support Administrator at our Orlando office. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and a vital part of our daily operations, working in a professional, friendly environment that values initiative and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for sales and service inquiries via phone and email.
  • Qualify and organize leads, assisting with the sales and service process.
  • Provide administrative support across lead generation, invoicing, mailings, and database management.
  • Maintain CRM records, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate service and installation teams, and manage calendars.
  • Assist with inventory and supply ordering.
  • Support customer loyalty programs and routine mailings.
  • Maintain a clean and professional office environment.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and systematic approach to work.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
  • High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree preferred).
  • Prior administrative or customer support experience is a plus—we’ll train the right candidate!
