We are currently looking to add new team members to our family here at Dreamcrete Custom Creations. With our current growth we are looking for creative energetic individuals to add to our sales team.

Candidates should be comfortable meeting with Designers, architects, general contractors, industry professionals as well as homeowners. You will need to have a deep understanding of the consultive sales process and dynamics, and exhibit superb interpersonal skills.

Minimum of 2 years experience with direct sales required. Building or Construction trades are a plus

• Generating leads.
• Schedule and follow up on leads and contacts.
• Demonstrate an Urgency to Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Negotiating contract with prospective clients.
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
• Preparing and submitting proposals for orders.
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
