Dave Brewer Homes, recognized as one of the top home builders in Central Florida for over 45 years, is currently looking for a Strong Construction Superintendent. The right candidate’s primary responsibility is to manage all functions of a project as it relates to home construction and/or remodeling while providing excellent customer service, scheduling efficiency and quality control. The Superintendent manages the construction of multiple projects at time from permit to closing by scheduling and supervising job site subcontractors, Inspections and superior quality while maintaining the company’s high construction and safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Plan and direct construction activities for each project
  • Schedule/coordinate all involved subcontractors for each phase of development and construction
  • Completes each project on schedule and budget from planning through occupancy
  • Approves/inspects work being performed by subcontractors and handles any related issues
• Recognize and enforce quality standards through daily inspection of homes under construction
  • Monitors Jobsite cleanliness and hold subcontractors responsible for daily clean-up
  • Schedule and manage subcontractors to make designated warranty repairs
  • Ability to work additional hours as necessary to meet business needs
