JOB OVERVIEW
The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction
projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion. This role ensures
that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and
safety standards. The Construction Manager acts as the primary point of contact for
clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and
effective project management

QUALIFICATIONS
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering,
Architecture, or a related field (Favorable but not necessary as training will be provided).
● Experience: 5-10 years of experience in construction management or a similar
role, with a proven track record of managing successful projects.
● Certifications: Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional),
CCM (Certified Construction Manager), or OSHA 30-Hour Certification are
advantageous.
