A brief, but not limited to, description of this role:

• Design all phases of civil drawings and land development drawings to put together complete sets of conceptual plans, preliminary plans, and final construction plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Interpret landscape plans, hardscape plans, lighting plans, and topographic surveys for implementation with civil plans and land development plans

Required Experience:

• Proficiency with AutoCad 3D 2016 or higher
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work closely with design team, engineers, and administrators with minimal supervision
• Must have prior experience in land development and civil design
