We are currently seeking a CAD Designer with experience working on commercial and/or residential projects. This is a In person full-time position. Qualifications are as follows:

1. High school education or equivalent required; Associate Degree in related field preferred
2. Extensive drafting and engineering technician experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D for detailed civil design site/land development
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
4. Preparation of plan & profile sheets of roads, utilities, ponds, water quality structures

Responsibilities:

1. Ability to generate base files, alignments, pipe networks, grading sheets, using AutoCAD Civil 3D
2. General mathematical skills to calculate basic equations for design
3. Understanding of design land development concepts related to grading, drainage, utilities
4. Other assigned duties as required
