Ally Building Solutions provides flooring products and quality installation, a full line of window treatments, a wide range of cabinetry options, and design studio solutions to new home builders in greater Orlando, Jacksonville, and Tampa Bay.

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Orlando team. The Accounts Payable Specialist ensures that accounts payable data is collated and processed in a confidential and timely manner to assure the prompt and accurate processing of disbursements to vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate processing of entity and vendor invoices.
• Accounts payable functions including receipt of invoices, checks for accuracy, verification, distribution, approvals, and coding into ERP system.
• Onboard and maintain vendor records, including vendor applications, W9 forms, etc.
• Central point of gathering subcontractor records including but not limited to subcontractor contracts, insurance, banking information.
• Process weekly subcontractor pay through direct deposit
• Reviewing and reconciling statements and accounts
• Maintaining external and internal relationships with vendors and employees including solving issues and discrepancies.
• Assist with ad hoc projects, including annual general liability and workers comp audits, 1099 filings, etc.
• Gather monthly AMEX receipts and reconcile monthly statement.
• Proactive process improvement

Requirements:

• Accounting degree and/or 5+ years’ experience in an Accounts Payable capacity.
• Detailed oriented and well organized.
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially excel).
• Excellent communication & customer service.
• Problem solving and critical thinking.
• Positive interpersonal skills and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
