Anchor Building Group, a fast-growing construction firm specializing in shell construction, is expanding and looking for Account Managers to join our team in key markets. If you thrive on building relationships, driving growth, and navigating both residential and commercial construction environments, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for builders, developers, and GCs in your designated territory.

· Manage client relationships throughout the full project lifecycle—from bidding to closeout.

· Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic growth plans for your market.

· Work closely with internal estimating, production, and scheduling teams to ensure client satisfaction.

· Track and report sales activity, forecasts, and market feedback to leadership.

· Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and monitor job progress as needed.

Requirements:

· 2+ years of experience in construction account management or business development

· Strong working knowledge of both residential and commercial construction

· Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously

· Ability to read and understand construction documents, scopes, and contracts

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

· Self-driven, highly organized, and results-oriented

· Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

Bonus if you have:

· Experience working with shell contractors or framing/block/roofing subcontractors

· Network of builders or GCs in your region

· Familiarity with Florida construction markets and permitting processes
