Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems, ensuring data integrity, customer support, and supporting various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

· Accurately enter and update data into databases and systems.

· Verify and correct data discrepancies.

· Maintain data confidentiality and security.

· Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity.

· Assist with generating reports and data analysis.

· Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

· Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.

· Proven experience as a data entry specialist or similar role.

· Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong customer service skills.

· Good communication skills.
