Anchor Building Group is seeking a hands-on, experienced Superintendent to lead field operations across our shell construction projects. If you have a strong understanding of slab, block, framing, roofing, siding, and trim, and are looking to grow with a fast-paced, high-performing team—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on multiple job sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors for:
• Concrete Slabs
• CMU Block
• Wood Framing
• Roofing Systems
• Siding Installation
• Doors & Trim Carpentry
• Conduct daily site inspections and safety meetings.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, suppliers, inspectors, and field crews.
• Resolve onsite issues quickly and professionally.
• Track progress, deliveries, and materials using company reporting systems.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites at all times.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or Foreman
• Strong working knowledge of slab, block, framing, roofing, siding, and door/trim scopes
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proven leadership and crew coordination skills
• Basic technology proficiency (text/email/photo documentation apps)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Strongly Preferred
• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
• Familiarity with Florida Building Codes and municipal inspection processes
